Regarding your 'Dribbling' issue---I don't think you should consider this a problem---because it is not.
Any Homeopath who gives you medication for this should be shot as he does not have a basic understanding of the male human body.
Not all of us are the same. You obviously have a very high sex drive(hence your regular masturbation habits.
Many men would envy having a larger volume of semen!!
So don't think of it as a problem.
What is happening is this:
Your prostate gland is functioning really well and producing a gread deal of prostatic fluid.
When you defecate, your stools in your rectum presses against your prostate gland through the wall of your rectum, thereby releasing some of the stored prostatic fluid from your prosate gland.
This is what's causing the dribbling.
When you go for a prostate exam, the doctor would insert his gloved finger into your rectum to palpate your prostate gland. And sometimes when the right pressure is applied, prostatic fluid would ooze out of your urethra/penis.
This is the 'dribbling' that you are talking about.
So don't worry---it's a perfectly natural phenomenon.
And stop taking medication for this!!!
