Please help choosing the right potency

Hello,

I'm a 38 years old woman, and I've been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since the age of 15. I was treated with a tincture of Carbo Vegetabilis at the age of 16, which slightly improved my symptoms. I suspect that the partial success of that treatment was due to insufficient potency. My symptoms correspond perfectly to the Carbo Veg type, and I am eager to give it another try. I would much appreciate your help in choosing the right potency and dosage.
