day 1
Arsenicum Album 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 2 to day 15
2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum phos 6x
natrum sulph 6x
kali mur 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You are suffering from GERD which I have invariably cured with the following remedies:

Nat Phos 6x Biochemic Cell Salts dose 3-6 tablets taken immediately after meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.

You may go ahead with the suggestion. There is no need to worry whether your problem fits the definition of gerd.

'Actually I had acidity problems from childhood days how ever it was very occasional ( only when I have heavy meal) but last 5 months I have been having severe burning sensations and pricking pain in the centre of chest. '

I believe that your description of your ailment indicates that you suffer from GERD. The severe burning sensations you reported are due to your gastric juice refluxing up your Esophagus and eroding the delicate lining. You may have also experienced a hoarse throat due to the acid burning your vocal chords.

This is unfortunately the usual report as there is no acid buildup when the Endoscopy was done and your doctor reported your condition as normal.

Your doctors have given you PPI drugs (Pantop) to reduce the flow of acid as modern medicine does not have the equivalent of a simple and safe remedy like Nat Phos 6x which will accelerate the passage of food down into the gut, thereby preventing the acid build up refluxing into the Esophagus.

You should experience relief within half hour of a meal, especially dinner which usually promotes the refluxing of acid if you go to bed shortly after.
