The remedy for Lactose intolerance is Nat Phos 6x dose 4-6 tablets taken as soon as you feel uncomfortable immediately after drinking milk.

I do not know if it will help intolerance to Groundnuts but there is no harm in testing it.

Ram,

I have the exact same problem. Is there anything you do to help deal with it? Aside from staying away from the food that bothers you? Sometimes I eat dairy by accident, like I did this weekend and now I'm home sick.

There are quite a few remedies indicated for aggravation from milk or dairy products. It is a general characteristic of the Lac remedies themselves (and could even be a symptom related to the remedy we make from cow's milk Lac defloratum). Lac remedies are those made from milk, but each one is taken from different animals. The Carbon remedies often have a problem with milk as well - this is quite well known in Nat-carb and I have seen it in Mag-carb quite often too.
