Homeopathic remedies for Heart Flutter and Lone Atrial fibrillation (LAF)

Good Day all,

I would like to use a remedy for my Heart Flutter and Lone Atrial fibrillation (LAF) not quite sure whether I need Arnica or Arsenicum or possible both?

I have been suffering with Lone AF intermittently for the past 4 years it was initially brought on by hypertension, stress and being overweight. I have already had two High Frequency radio Ablation Procedures on the heart. Some of the attacks last a second to minutes and even a few hours or several days, but rarely longer than a week. The frequency of attacks with intermittent LAF have constantly varied.

I am a male, 43 years old, 6ft 2, 15 stone (I exercise daily by walking my dog and walking to work about 1hr 20 mins a day) I have good cholesterol level, blood work shows that I am deficient in Magnesium and potassium. The doctors and cardiologists have said my heart is both organically and structurally sound my problem is described as 'idiopathic', that is, with no known cause.

Medication; I have been on several different variations of beta blockers medications etc and I’m now down to flecainide, Aspirin, Magnesium and Potassium.

I no longer notice when I’m having an attack/episode as my body has become accustomed to it, the only symptoms that I notice now are some periods of dizziness when I get up from kneeling or lots of sweat pouring from my head.

I’ve noted that the following are most probable triggers Workplace Stress & emotional stress.

I wish to live my life holistically and have always handled any illness or problem with natural methods - until this

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Kind Regards.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am interested to note that you have mentioned Arnica which I have prescribed to some patients suffering from Tachycardia. It is possible that this remedy can help you and we can only decide if it does after you have taken it for a few weeks and the results observed.

You will take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose thrice daily for 2 weeks and we can then decide on reduction of this therapy after observing how you respond.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle thrice daily.

You will not drink any alcohol or coffee or tea. Although tea has only a trace of caffein it is high in its content of Amphetamines which have been found to trigger palpitations of the heart. Canned beverages like coke and even raw meat should be avoided till your heart is stabilized.

Exercise in moderation on a daily basis and controlled diet are also part of this therapy.

Please note that Arnica will not cure your ailment. It will only control it and you will have to take it for life in the manner prescribed.

If my therapy does not help you, you can then take the many drugs that are used for your ailment.

'Canned beverages like coke and even raw meat should be avoided till your heart is stabilized. '

RAW to read RED.

What is your Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar levels and have you done a Blood test to check your Lipid Profile?

These factors can also trigger your Tachycardia.
