problem for acidity, gas &constipation

i am 46 yrs old male, weight 51 kgs. hight 5'7', iam suffering from acidity, gas, indigestion and constipation problem for about 15 yrs, once i suffered from psoriasis, i had to operate inner piles 3 yrs ago due to profusely bleeding and severe pain in anl area, my hm count went down yo 5.5, after operation bleeding and pain stop, but acidity, gas, indigestion and constipation continue.i have to take antacid like ranitidine, pataprazole etc. everyday unless which heavy indigestion and gas occur, after eating gas formed in my stomach and does not move, it even doesn't go out by even burping or firting and it always create a upward pressure,i take very light food without spice, oil, milk and even no meat or fish and i also can't digest those foods, stool is sometime soft and sometime hard and never clear out, when i go to toilet some gas open out and small amount of stool and then my belly became steep and full of gas, i feel relief if that gas open out by burping, even after taking purgative my bowel is not clear but create alltime colic pain, i feel always heat in my body and thus i have to bathe 3/4 times every day.
i took nuxvomQ, hydrastis can Q, azadictaindica Q, |*

*arnica 30 in wet dose, carboveg 200, natrphos, ferumphos, silecea, nat sulph 3x/6x/12x etc by verious suggestion by doctors but got no remedies. Dr sameer/ Dr kadwa or anybody i need your urgent help, thanking you.
