dealization
i am a 36 year old male who had my first derealization episode only mintutes after my first try of pot. i was 15 years old at the time.I had a whole year of hell before anything started to get better. when i was 19 years old it came back again for 6 months of hell.nervous stomach, shaking , strange thoughts,twitchy eyes, feeling of swallowing my tongue.I've had several little episodes over the past years. I has stopped me from a recording deal , travelling , driving .I am now 36 and have just had another epiosode after a night of heavy drinking.can alcohol trigger mental issues to re-appear ??anyone out there with similar feeling ?
