Tinkling sensation on palms

My 78yrs old mother has developed tinkling sensation on both her palm. She is an artheritis patient. She has pain in her shoulders and knee since long. Pain in right shoulder is more.
She feels some tinking feeling on her palms sine six months. She has been treated with allopathic as well as homeopathic medicine. But not much of help.
It is something as if she is touching sand. If she touches cold water she feels something sticky. She does not have pain on palm. Her grip of the hands is less. She cannot take much weight. She is average weight and very active. There is no complain for BP or diabetes.
Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give her causticum 30c thrice a day for 3 days and see how that affects in the next 15 days.

Dr Kadwa, I have given my mother causticum 30C for three days 10 days back. Now she is feeling less pain in her shoulder and knee. But no change in tinkling sensation on palms. Should I continue the remedy?

Please wait for another 5 days. Then you may give her causticum 30c thrice a day for 2 days and see how that affects her overall in the next 15 days. If improvement is taking place under the influence of the earlier doses there is no need of further doses.
