change in colour and thickness of sperm and cough

I am 24 yrs old,

From the last 4 months i am observing my sperm colour has changed, it has changed from white to little greyish and sperm comes out watery or liquid.
Earlier sperm colour was white and it used to come out very thick.

I am suffering from cough from last 3 years.
Phelm or flum with white in colour comes out from throat which causes irritation in the throat and cough occurs.
Cough increases a lot from evening.
I also feel like phelm or flum is falling from nose to throat which causes irritation
and cough occurs.
My nose gets blocks very frequently both the nostrils
right nostril very frequently.

I also get lot of burbs.

Please suggest an appropriate medicine

I have used THUJA 200 but couldn't find much difference.

I cannot tell you exactly with this, i would require some more improvement to tell you exactly.
