Pain from shoulder to arm

You tell that the pain diminishes throughout the day? Will it say that movement helps, and maybe heat also helps?

Arnica is not relieved by movement. How can you suggest such a remedy? And without any consultation with the patient? Is it a kind of lottery homeopathy?

I think you should try Rhus toxicodendron.( Rhus tox) Since you have diabetes, you should not start with high potency. 30C is good. Take 3-4 pills in the morning, and the same evening.
Once you notice an improvement, do not take more medicine. You can take up to 10 doses, but no more. Should it be that you feel an improvement, but then lost it again, it may be that you need a higher potency, 200C. Talk to me before you try this.

Remember, no caffeine or menthol, camphor, peppermint when using homeopathy. Take the medicine at least half an hour before or after food. Do not touch the homeopath medicine with your hands, pour them straight into your mouth and let it melt under the tongue, then you can swallow.

I took rhus30C AS SUGGESTED BY U BUT NO RELIEF.Doctor told the condition as frogen shoulder and advised for pysiotherapy which i am doing. Feel 20% relief. Can u suggest Dr Parakletos which homeopathy medicine will help to regain the shoulders.

Then you should try Rhus Tox 200C. I wanted you to begin with 30C because of your diabetes. Since you did not get any negative reaction, you can go to 200C
