urgent! i grabbed the wrong potency of silicea!!!!!!!!!!!

My 16 year old cat has a tooth abscess that was just diagnosed today. After determining that Silicea was the best remedy for her, 3 hours ago I gave her a dose, 3 drops in a teaspoon of distilled water. Problem is, I grabbed the 200C bottle instead of my 30C bottle. By the time I realized my mistake it was too late. I have seen no adverse affects at this time but I am very concerned as to what to watch out for.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In an acute situation 200c is a very appropriate potency to use. I don't think you have too much to worry about.

3 hours is quite a long time for an acute. A reaction will usually start within that time.

Difficult to say for a cat, but if there is no adverse effects, then it's probably fine.

Do you see any improvement?

Thank you for your prompt replies. No adverse reaction was seen. Boni was fine overnight and appeared to sleep well. No lessening of the swelling on the right side of face, but I was very surprised as to how well she ate last night. Her food is watered down to a cream soup consistancy so she can lap it up instead of chew.

I am very concerned about the surgery that she has to undergo tomorrow. She underweight due to IBS issues over the years. She was diagnosed with the beginnings of chronic renal failure over a year ago but she is having no issues with this and it appears her kidneys are functioning just fine. Her heart and lungs are good. Blood work will reveal any underlying problems. They are going to take every precaution possible to assure this old cat pulls through, including leaving her overnight with IV fluids. Any advice on how to give her the best chance possible to get through the surgery and post-op care would be appreciated.

One of the best post-operative remedies I have found where there was general anesthetic (which is the real risk in most sugeries) is Phosphorous. I would keep that one on hand, although the symptoms will primarily guide the choice of remedy in any situation.
