Pain in elbow

My elbow got injured probably while carrying a heavy suitcase last week. I am suffering from a pain in the elbow while stretching the hand. I have taken Arnica 200 twice a day for 6 days but the pain is there. Kindly suggest a remedy.

Please take Rhus Tox 30c thrice a day for few days until there is no pain.
