over masturbation

I m 26 years old guy since last 5 years i am having very tuff time with my health issues ....here i am giving yu all d details....my problem started with weak erections and pre mature ejaculation.....abt 5 years ago but i havent took any medicine and one year past away and after that i started suffering from night falls and after few months i got pain over tail bone for which i have done too many things like i got my mri done and i visited my ortho paedicians also and i got problems of weak memory,forgetting things,problems in recalling and nervous exhaustion and my sexual problems becomes worst after that i went to psychiatrist and started taking anti depressnts for a year approx.they help me to got rid of few problems then i thought these problems may be due to overmasturbation i tried some homeopaths ...but still at present i m having problems of weak erections,,,and i dont feel any pleasure while doing sex,,,,,and have problems of weak memory for which i am taking mentat...i tried medha vaati also for memory problems....so overall brief summary is presently i am suffering from low libido,low mood,low self confidence....i took dabur shilajit for a month i helps a bit in overcoming nervous exhaustion and problems of fatigue but i never feel orgasm i m unbale to reach stage which is called climax i do ejaculate but there is no pleasure at all so my main problem is that i m not acheiving orgasm.....i cant understand either this all is due to over masturbation or depression....now i want to have a treatment assuming dat this is all due to overmasturbation...so i need ur help....plz prescribe me all the necessary med to get rid of all problems......thanks very much
