Acidity and lump under the skin
I am 32year male.I am having acidity for more than two years. Two years back I had an endoscopy,in which H Pyroli bacteria was diagnosed.I was given perv acid for 3 months, it was not cured then . I continued it for several weeks, but it became worse.after a year I started taking homeopathic medicines.Here are the following details- 1. Heartburn Sensation: Constant pain and burning in the left chest.
2. Feeling of stress and tension on the front and side of forehead ,
when heartburn occurs.
3. Stool is constipated and have to go 2-3 times a day to clear.
4. Bloated stomach. Have feeling that food is stuck and now moving down.
5. Burping.
Medicine :
Abeis Niagra:
I had some good result from Abeis Niagra, after taking 1st dose. But
subsequent doses effect kept coming down. I had 8-9 doses of 200c till
now and 2 doses of 1M. Earlier after taking a dose Abies Niagra ,
stool used to normal(formed). I can hear sound from my stomach
immediately after taking the dose. After taking 1M dose , even 200C
dose does not show any such effect.
What helps :
1. Chewing sauf helps.
2. Running for 30 mins in evening and morning helps.
Stress in life :
I am trying to hard to get rid of this problem. Whenever I tries new
medicine in hope to cure it , if it does not work , I kinda of sulk
in. I have feeling that it will never be cured and have live with it
thorought life.
Lump under the skin. There was a small lump due to the cut on upper lip it grew like a pea size over the year.i had a cut while shaving before 1 year.I also had acidity at dat time .lump is like a pea size with no pain in it.

You are suffering from GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Disease) due to the Gastric Juice in your stomach refluxing up to your throat thereby causing the symptoms that you suffer from today.
Your remedies are as follows:
Nat Phos 6x dose 3-4 tablets taken immediately after each of 2 meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
You can expect relief from your ailment hopefully within 24 hours.
Do not eat large meals. Eat small meals but more often if you feel hungry.
No fatty food, alcohol, coffee, preserved meats like sausages, ham, bacon as they contain Saltpeter which will antidote the remedies listed immediately.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.

Hello Dr.Joe I took the prescribed medicines for a week ,I found 30% improvement,in heartburn .Now I rarely get headaches,but I get lot of gas aftereating food.for past 2 years I am eating very simple food .Should I continue taking the same medicines.I will be very greatful to you if you help me in getting cured.

How many tablets of Nat Phos are you taking and how many times daily?
You have already experienced relief within a week from your symptoms from which you suffered for over 2 years. You will have to be patient and take the same 2 remedies which are perfectly safe to be used for some time in the future till you are cured.
