back pain
Hi, if any body can help me.im 30 female.married. one child. suffering from chronic lower back pain. its on the left side of the base. stabbing pain, pinching like spear, radiating pain. localized. taking anti inflammatory drugs for pain. which i believe have caused me weight gain n mind confusion. intense sudden pain after sudden movement. have to move very slowly in the beginning of any activity. tearing pain in both feet especially on stepping out of the bed in the morning.
had a miscarriage last year. still sad about that. gained about 40 pounds after that(rapidly).
no female related problems. other things are fine.

thank you for reply. sorry for absence. i was doing my lab and x-rays. everything came out normal and pain is gone. they said it seems ligament and muscular pain and suggested physiotherapy. its shifting pain. means, changing places. i noticed some other things too. my skin is dry and chaffed some time the chaffed areas bleed. my toe nail are so dry that the nail upper layer is discolored and rough.
