Herpes Labia lisThis affection, commonly spoken of as 'cold sore', is a frequent accompaniment of colds or infective conditions such as pneumonia. A cluster of small vesicles or blebs appear on the lips or nostrils, possibly preceded by a sensation of heat or burning. The eruption should be left severely alone and will dry up in the course of five to ten days. Its disappearance may be encouraged and the recurrence of fresh eruptions discouraged by the use of NATRUM MUR. or RHUS TOX. (a few doses of 30 or 6).
