Acne & Gas

I am a 33 year old male sufferring from moderate acne for over 10 years.At any given point in time I have about 3-5 pimples on my face, over time this has left my skin pigmented and I have dark spots. I also suffer from gas after lunch time and it continues through the end of the day.
However, there are days where I do not have gas or stomach discomfort and during this phase my skin clears up.
In addition, recently(2 weeks) I have been feeling slight rectal bleeding and and burning during and after passing stools. The bleeding is present with the stool and there is some burning sensation after that. I have been using Benzoyl Peroxide 10 for the last few months but that is not really helping.

There is no history of acne in my family and I did not have acne during puberty.

Remedy: Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after every meal.

Report your progress in a week when I believe that your anal problem after stool will also be addressed by the 2 remedies listed above.

1.What does wet dose mean?

My apologies for not remembering to give you instructions to make the Wet dose.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.
