It would be good to get more information to make a correct remedy identification. Can you describe the personality, and any other emotional and physical quirks as much as possible?

He is very easy going. It takes a lot to make him mad. He is a very happy positive child. Love sports it is his passion. He is very loving to his family. He is constantly moving, can't sit still.

Are there any foods the patient loves or hates? Any eating irregularities?

He loves anything dairy, anything spicy, lots of seasoning and salt on his food. Hates bland food, food without taste. He eats very very fast.

Always in a hurry. Does he wear himself to exhaustion? Elaborate on the hurry?

No he never wears himself to exhaustion, he can just keep going and going and going. Everything is a rush to him, eating, homework, school work, being first in line, extremely competitive. Wanted to be ahead of his peers regardless of the task.

Does he nap? If so what hours? Any particularities such as waking up from naps cranky or waking at the slightest noise?

No he doesn't nap, he likes to sleep in late and has a hard time getting up in the morning. He sleeps through loud noises and storms. He seems to be a very heavy sleeper and breathes heavy while sleeping.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? Afternoon and Evening.
What hours of the day?

He seems to be slowest in the morning and fastest in the late afternoon.

How is he with people? Loner? Many friends? Etc.

Many friends, very socialable, loves his friends, would never do anything to hurt anyones feelings. Extremly positive.

What is the patient's medical history? Vaccinations, etc?

Had standard vaccines as an infant up until 2 years old. I have since stopped any vaccines for either of my children knowing the risks. He has been diagnosed with mild asthma because of the coughing leading to vomiting. He doesn't have any other medical conditions.

abdomen; stomach; vomiting; on coughing; ; dros. hep. kali-c. bry. ip. ant-t. alum. ars. lach. meph. arn. kali-ar.

Can you describe his physical constitution? There are 4 main physical constitutions, muscular, tall and thin, fat and flabby, and compact.

Is he studious? Intellectually curious? Describe his talking and speech.

Many of these symptoms are very general?

The most distinctive symptom is the coughing/vomiting. We need some other distinctive symptoms to identify the medicine?

I would say he is very average. He is not extremely thin, not extremely muscular, not fat or flabby by any means, and he was only compact as an infant. If I had to choose one of the 4 you listed, I would have to say tall and thin like his dad.

Is he studious?

Very Studious

Intellectually curious?
Yes, and loves statistics

Describe his talking and speech.

He tends to talk loudly and his speech is very good. He has good pronounciation and has no speech issues. He seems to talk when others are talking, he can't control waiting to talk (to get his turn).

Many of these symptoms are very general?

Wish I could describe him better but that's the best I can do for these questions.

You say he is worse in the afternoon and evening. Can you describe this as much as possible.

Can you describe how he seems to be sensitive to light?

The thing that is difficult about this case is that there is only one major symptom to go on, the coughing and vomiting.

Would you say that his symptoms are similar to his fathers in any ways?
