pyometria
I have young Boston with open pyo. On anti biotics Have given caulo. 30c & sepia 30c daily . discharge is less profuse and clearer, but still slight milky colour.this is 3rd week. ultra sound shows slightly less density in fluid. should I use pyrogenum? I have stahp & strep nosodes, but not pyro. Has not been cultured.
She is in great condition & no fever.
