Sex Problem

Hello Doctor,

Age : 29 years old.

1) I have masterbated since
15 years.
2)My pennis is thin & less
than 5 inch
3) when pennis is excited the
semen comes out within
15 or 20 SECONDS.
4) Even after 2 or 3 strokes
of pennis with soft things
the semen comes out very
quickly.

I want to tell something about me. When I was studying six standard I was sex with my classmate in her house at that time her brother came there. We scared and left from there after two or three days again she came close with me at that time i have nervous problem. After that if I am doing masterbastion it takes only two or three stroke.

Now I have girlfriend one day she hug me tied suddenly semens came out with in seconds. one day we went movie she touch my man thing at that second semens came out. If she come close with me suddenly semens came out...

My parents force me to marriage soon, but I am very scare about it because i don't have confident.

Please give me suggestion (can i marriage or not) and give me best medicine that my sex power become longer time and my pennis size become longer and stronger.
