Teeth grinding problem in sleep

Dear Dr.

Im a 29 years old Male, from Asia, since last 2.5 years It has been reported to me by my roomates thats I'm highly grinding my teeths. posted over here for the medicines, and got a reponse by one dr. he told me to take CINA and i took CINA 200 to CINA 1M, but issue is not yet resolved, then I went for the stool test and in report they told me there is no worm/parasite etc. Now I personally tried to search a remedy on this forum, and Got result that I should take 'Belladona' as i dont have sufficient knowledge of the homeopathy, so Dr. (s) please help me out, due to this problem im really worried and my 2 teeths are damaged.
