Subclinical hypothyrodism and increase in LDL cholestrol
Iam a male 38 yrs age and in recent routine check up my LDL cholestrol is high i.e 145 and HDL is 49 and vldl 35.And my thyroid TSH is 6.5.i.e subclinical Hypothyroidism.And i develop cold when ever i take bananas,chikus,watermelon or curd or buttermilk at night.My BMI is 24 and body fat is above normal.The cold symptoms will be more when ever i go to sleep and woke up.
what is the suggested homeopathic medicine for me

i will be using the internet Daily or when ever i have time. in a day.
Actually I want to go for Homeopathic treatment for both hyperlipedimia and subclinical Hypothyroidism.I heard that there is no medicine for hyperlipedimia in Homeopathy.Thats why

Homeopathic medicines suitable for obese, inactive, people fond of rich food/oily food can be fruitful for high lipids.
So there too many homeopathic medicines which can be for high lipids though high lipids do not produce any symptoms so rather difficult in homeopathy, which is based mainly on symptoms.

Lastly, hyperlipidemia should be managed first by diet and exercise as statin medications (allopathic medicines used for hyperliidemia) are not tolerated well by everyone.

LAst month when i have visited the ENT for frequent attack of cold he examined my Nose and told that i am having my Nose septal deviation(DNS).Except this i dont have any abnormality in me.
I too like to eat non veg and also a little bit of sweets but now i stopped taking them.I started taking fish .
I go for regular walk daily for 4km for 40 minutes.
After that i will be going to office where movement for me is limited.if you want to ask any question feel free to ask. iam based at hyderabad.

You should Try Nux Vomica 30C 1-2 drops/globules single dose at night daily before sleeping for few days until you notice any change.
