3 yr old with pdd-nos

My 3 year old son is diagnosed with PDD-NOS. He is active and healthy, no digestion problems, no sleep problems.

1. He has 2 word speech but that is limited to expressing his needs only like water, potty or milk. He can count, identify pictures, can play with ball, catch it. But If we ask him any question, he does not know how to answer it. Can only say no when he does not want something but general questions cannot answer.

2. He can repeat the sentences behind us but does not associate meaning with them.

2. He is hyperactive and the hyperactivity increases in the evening.

3. He keeps on talking to himself, lots of irrelevant speech and he likes to play with himself only. Feels happy talking to himself.

4. Social interaction is very low. Exchanges toys with other children but not playing with other children.

5. Eye contact is weak and low attention span. Spaces out lot of times.

6. There is no reciprocal conversation or initiation of conversation from his side apart from telling his needs.

7. Sweats a lot, mostly the head part. Does not like to take blanket or anything on him even in sleep.

8. He follows commands and understands some of the things but after following a command, he shouts sometimes as if he does not want to do it.

9. He shouts when we say no even for the small things.

10. Throws things, not at people but generally like if he has ring of a game in his hand, he will keep playing with it by throwing it. He throws bottles and tiffins in school.

11. He likes music and can remember the songs he like even after watching once(2-3 lines of song).

12. He does not say mama and papa till now.

Can the doctor please advice on the homeopathic medicine for him?
