Can anyone guide me with these medicines
Helloiam muhammad 22 years old from pakistan and i am having the problem of premature ejaculation and i bought two homeopathic medicines gelsemium 30 and nux vomica 30 both in drop form so can anyone please guide me what are these two use for thanks.

sir i am facing with the multiple problems like insecurity, stage fright, and i have grown a false ego inside me, iam not close to my family and on other side they love me alot i dnot care for them. on the other hand iam really very friendly with the people i know but when i go to any social event iam really very reserved and want others to come to me. including premature ejaculation so can you please guide me its my humble request and can you guide me with those medicines are they of use in this situation.

I usually need a great deal of information to make a suggestion of a remedy. As per the article I linked in my previous post, case-taking for homoeopathy is quite detailed. I am not able to make prescriptions on the basis if single words and briefly described symptoms.
