please help
I am aged 43, married with 3 kids. Currently I am facing conditions like extreme fatigue, dizziness, low sperm count, erectile dysfunction, piles, pain in knee joints and heels. Heels feel better after I walk a bit. When I was young, I had fever and my testicles swelled, later the right one shrank. I took temoxifin every time before my wife conceived. I also have occurrence of acidity. Could you suggest me some medicine.somebody told me that some of symptoms are due to the use of temoxifin. Pleas help and advise me some medicine,thanks
