Arnica 30 should stop the formation of any new acne lesions. Dose 2 pellets taken under the tongue twice daily.

You may have to take this remedy for about 2 weeks on a daily basis to prevent any new lesions.

Please report your reaction in a week when the formation of any new spots should have stopped.

Dont think broken capillaries come under Acne.

Lachesis is the main remedy -- check it out , useful if you are a jealous type and feel worse on waking in the morning.

Others are Calc Carb / Carbo Veg / and Thuja which may be 2nd choice.

Do you have any respiratory issues: asthma(past or present), coughing, chronic bronchitis, etc...?

I am a beginner at homeopathy but I have studied herbalism and natural medicine for twelve years and I have noticed that lung issues usually show up on the face in the form micro-capillaries. It is the lesions caused by the acne which you call whiteheads that are the cause of the marks on your face.

I have treated a similar case recently where the acne would leave a dark mark under the skin without breaking up above it. Your case is slightly different and you will have to use Arnica 30 to see if it can help you as it did in this case mentioned above.

It is the ideal remedy to be used both before and after any surgery and you should use the 200c potency immediately before and 2 hours after surgery and go back to the 30c every 3 hours for 2 days after. It stops bleeding, reduces pain (you will not need any other pain medication) and your wound will heal faster.

Arnica 6c is not the potency to be used for your problem. You will have to get the correct potency 30c from another Homeopathic pharmacy in your city.

Where do you live ?

There should be no problem to get Arnica 30c in Sydney where there are over 50 homeopathic pharmacies. Look up your yellow pages for names of these pharmacies and get the Arnica 30c ASAP.

hello joe....my 10 year old daughter has had a broken capillary on the side of her nose for over a year. it first started as a small red dot but now it has "spread" to about the size of dime. she has very clear beautiful skin otherwise. just recently she has become quite self concious about it and she also has another one starting on the side of her cheek.

what are these caused from? will armica 30 help with these as well or do you need more information/description of her personality to diagnose?

I believe that Arnica 30 should help your girl. You can use it for a week and see what the response is.

I believe that they are caused as a result of some injury or also due to the lack of the blood circulation in this area. Arnica dialated the capillaries in the body especially those directly under the skin and with a bit of luck these marks may disappear in time.

The dose is 2 pellets Arnica 30c twice daily under the tongue. The usual restrictions apply in coffee, cola drinks and any preserved meats with saltpeter.

joe...tahnk you for your suggestion...and yes i will take a photo and send to you. i am not sure how well you will be able to see in the photo...but as i mentioned, it started out as a bright read dot on the side of her nose and as time has passed it is now much larger...more like a splotch with tiny dark red capillaries in the middle.

i do not beleive that it was caused by an injury...as she now has another one developing on her cheek. i will start the arnica this afternoon....and i will keep you posted...

The pellets that I referred to are 3mm diameter and are white in colour. The tablets are OK but you will have to adjust the dose depending on the relative size difference between the tablets and the pellets.

The potency is the important factor which must be 30c.

My name's nicole. I have broken capillaries as well... mainly on my nose from unfortunately squeezing black heads... I've tried getting them lasered a few times but they don't disappear... they're pretty small but they still bother me... would you recommend the arnica 30 as well for me?

I recently saw a thread of conversations about broken capillaries on the face. My daughter has been suffering from this for about 5 years. She is 11 years old. I think it's starting to bother her. Can you recommend anything? I am desperate for her.
