i m 26 years old married lady. i m married for 1 year. during this 1 year i vae gained 12 kg wt, n my wt now is 66 kg.1. i m not conceiving. n my wt gain is specially round my belly n back.
2. my monthly cycles also became disturbed after few months of marriage.
3. fpr the last two to three times i have my cycles after 45 to 55 days.
4. i m also having constipation problem 4m the last one year. n i have gastric problm since childhood.
5. my cycles mostly last for 3 days after 3 days it bcomes almost negligible.

Nat Phos 6x is your remedy. Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily after each of 3 meals
It will:
help to reduce your weight by about 1kg per week.
help to ease your constipation.
help to ease your gastric problems.
You can also take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily and it may hopefully help your gynecological problems.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
You cannot take any drugs or other medicines as Nat Phos will only work to reduce weight if used as prescribed. It works OK with Arnica.

1. how long should i take nat phos and amica?
2. i have got 10ml dilute sol of arnica. my question is, should i add 3 drops out of this 10 ml into 500ml of water?

You will have to start taking these 2 remedies before I can advise you to stop taking them. This will depend on your response to them.
I do not know what 'dilute sol of arnica' is. Please buy the remedies precisely as prescribed in my last post.
Both remedy are perfectly safe to be used during pregnancy.
