candidiasis treatment needed

I can't find a doctor who knows anything about Candidiasis. I think I have the symptoms of this systemic yeast infection and would like to treat it. I obtained this condition after being on 4 rounds of antibiotics for what I thought was a stubborn sinus infection. I was on a no sugar diet for a month and got better, but when I gradually reintroduced sugars, some problems came back. What's the most effective treatment out there???
