This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I may be able to help you here. I treat a lot of anxiety cases. In order to prescribe something for you I will need a lot of information in order to be confident in the choice, and to be able to assure you that the medicine I have chosen is suitable, and may need you to answer several lots of questions.

Make sure your answers are very detailed, giving complex descriptions. Single words or short sentences are not very useful for me. Sensations, images, feelings, thoughts - try to give me as much as you can.

Please elaborate more on the following feelings or symptoms:

'Sudden blood spreading throughout the body'

'Afraid of people'

'Stiffness in chest'

'Head twitched'

'Defenceless, Unprotected, Vulnerable'

'People can see, Cannot look in their eyes'

'Sudden fear'

'My boss aggravates my suffering'

'Extremely sensitive to people's moods'

'No energy to be friends with people'

'Naive, everyone can influence me'

Thank you, Dr. Kempson, that you are trying to help me. I'm very appreciate.

Here is my descriptions. I hope they are detailed enough.

Sudden blood spreading throughout the body
'Sudden fear'

for example I was laying and watching TV with my parents, and I felt sudden fear in my breast,
it spreads to my head and stomach. It's like blood or something warm spreading.
and after it a great palpitation follows. One I was siting with my boss in a silent room and this panic attack appeared, I jumped up and asked if I can go home. Once it was so severe, it was in the evening, I fell asleep and in
5 minutes I jumped from my bed in wild fear. I felt like I could not come back to the reality. I got up and
suddenly I felt vertigo, I laid on the floor.
these attacks were very frequent, several for one day.
now they appear only if I talk to a person or eat or drink.

Stiffness in the chest

sorry I mixed up chest with neck
usually when I talk to people, especially if it's about business, at work, and I have to sit in front of them
and look at them, my body get stiff, and I try not to move my head, because if I move it, the twitch can follow,
and usually it follows. and I feel that back of my neck is very stiff

Head twitched

it's like two small twitches from right to left and backwards. it lasts 1 sec or even less. and I usually lose control
of the reality for this time. after them I usually look at the person to see if he noticed it and was confused.
Then I don't listen to him and think of our conversation to be over.

Defenseless, Unprotected, Vulnerable

I feel that if someone starts yell on me or speak to me in a rude way I would not be able to answer him in a same
way. Since my disease appears I can not quarrel with people. I am trying to please everybody just to protect myself
There was an occasion, once I went to the store to return a broken cell phone, they refused to do it
and offended me, I started to cry, could not argue at all and then throw the phone to the manager and left.
usually I behave like this.

People can see, Cannot look in their eyes

when i am talking to someone face to face I can not look at his or her eyes. I always look at something else,
at the walls or different things. Just quick look at the person and than to the side. Especially I can not look at them when
I am eating or drinking. I do not know exactly what I am afraid of, but I think probably I am afraid that
they will notice that something wrong with me, and decide that I am crazy.

My boss aggravates my suffering

all my symptoms aggravate if I feel that someone has even little power over me, physically, emotionally.
it can be my boss, my friend if I owe him something for example, any person.
I can go to eat with my co-worker (if it's a woman, but it's still very hard for me, she has to be very calm and quiet)
but I can not go to eat with my boss or a man. While I am getting used to my co-workers(men) it become easy for me to speak
with them, but never to my boss.

Extremely sensitive to people's moods

if I enter a room I can feel right away the atmosphere of the room.
I can define every person how she or he feels through little gestures or may be atmosphere, I don't know.
if someone is angry or irritated or excited I even can not be in the room.

No energy to be friends with people

I am very cheerful and gay, but lately I so tired and depressed that I have just flashes of my previous life.
for example if it's a party or so I can be very active with people, but next day I don't want to meet them, to talk to them,
to see them. I can just lie and be quiet. With new friend is the same. one day I feel good and I call them to go somewhere,
another day I don't want to go with them and tear all contacts.

Naive, everyone can influence me

If someone offers me to do something, I accept everything, but later
I regret that I did so. I am not persistent in my ideas, my thoughts, my knowledge.

So you get sudden fear when you talk to people or do anything where they can see you?

Can you describe this fear? What kind of fear is it? What does it feel like? If a person felt this sort of fear and it was appropriate, what situation would they be in?

Describe more on protecting yourself. What is protection? How does pleasing everyone protect you? What are you being protected from?

Describe a situation where a person is at their most defenceless or most vulnerable.

Describe a situation where a person is at their most protected.

Describe power over others. What is power? What does it feel like when someone has power over another?

What does it feel like when the atmosphere is full of anger, excitement, or irritation? What happens to you? What do you feel?

yes

Can you describe this fear? What kind of fear is it? What does it feel like? If a person felt this sort of fear and it was appropriate, what situation would they be in?
fear is like 'I'll do smth wrong'. situation would be like everyone is looking at you and condemn you.

Describe more on protecting yourself. What is protection? How does pleasing everyone protect you? What are you being protected from?

Protection is when smb is attacking you (offending, yelling) you are not afraid of him and can yelled on him backwards or not react and calmly persist on your needs, but not quite with a hysteric. If I am good with everyone noone wants to yell on me or offend me somehow.
I think I am being protected from rudeness, from being hurt.

Describe a situation where a person is at their most defenceless or most vulnerable.
When a person is alone(without a family or friends) among strangers who disagree with him.

Describe a situation where a person is at their most protected.
at his home

Describe power over others. What is power? What does it feel like when someone has power over another?

One person has a power over you if you depend somehow on him.
The situation can be like this when parents yell on their child but the child can not do anything because he depends on his parents.
It feels like you have to obey this person.

What does it feel like when the atmosphere is full of anger, excitement, or irritation? What happens to you? What do you feel?

It's like people fight to each other, or quarrel and you are sitting aside and watching it.
I feel nervous and scared or too excited and always expect something worse, maybe that this person would pour his anger or irritation on me.

my apologies I had lost track of this post. I will look over your answers as I can.

I am in Brisbane Australia, and we are currently having a flood emergency with parts of the city being evacuated. This might delay my answers somewhat.
