Chronic Back Problem - Sciatica??
Hello every one.I have a chronic back problem of in lower back and it seems my skeletal frame has disoriented and not aligned.
Pain moves into right leg upto my foot. Pain in back is constant which is in middle and towards right but not in the left side.
The pain is much sever in winter.
I am going for an x-ray for my lower back shortly .
I will update the findings/diagnose in a short while.
By the way I have started taking Arnica 30 thrice daily (Wet Dose)
