An aggravation can go on for a week, and rarely for several weeks. That usually means the dose was too large, although in some cases it is because there is some pathology (tissue change) that is making it difficult for the remedy to cure, or because there has been a lot of medical suppression in the case.

I see that I still feel agggravation as
incomplete motion.
incomplete digestion . food paricles in waste.
heaviness in stomach due to gastric problem.
jam like feeling.
one positive change:I feel my body is more warm now .

Hello Doc.
Today again I am constipated.
all symptoms related to constipation ,which were there before homeo treatment are back.
jam like feeling.
Food is gettin store in stomach a if it is godown.
pain in lower left abdomen and pressing this portion makes me feel that the food is stored or blocked here.
bulged abdomen,
gastric , flatulence....vomiting feeling.
)-: m worried.
pls help

Ok it appears that 1M was given too quickly. You must immediately take another dose of 200c, exactly as you took the last dose (same number of hits, drops, water etc).

pls confirm will it be 2 hits or 4 hits.
If I take 200c again won't to be a surplus with 1M.
Will we not be antidoting 1M.
I mean it will be 1M+200c that will be in my body then.
also check my aunt's post. and suggest shall she continue with same amount of medicine.

The potency must be correct as well as the remedy, so if 200c is right, only it is right. 1M is wrong and like any incorrect medicine its effects will be cured by the correct one.

As updated yesterday I took 1 dose of alumina 200.
I am still constipated.
Very little amount of motion was there but definitley my condition is better than what it was after alumina 1m.
pls suggest, do I need to take some further action.

No wait. It has only been one day. Don't harm yourself by taking dose after dose. Homoeopathy is not orthodox medicine and should not be used the same way. You will need to wait a week or so to see how things settle.

Relief from constipation for today but the hairfall I am seeing since last some days is more than normal and hair are coming out from roots.
Every day I see bunch of hair(from root) coming out while I comb.
If this will be the speed,I am worried and do not knw what to do )-:.
Why this is happening I never faced this before

Try not to worry about it for the moment. It may be further aggravation on the remedy.
Your hairfall started back in June. It may have been precipitated by either Sulphur or Sepia, or may just be part of your ongoing ill health and not be related to the remedies taken at all.

We will see how the Alumina goes in the long term. If this symptom is not halted by Alumina we will find a better remedy.

Is it only the constipation that is a problem? What about all your other symptoms.

After applying high pressure slight motion was there.It was in form of sticky clay.
I feel that gas is getting traped in stomach and was passed after slight motion.
Stomach is bloated and bulged.
I see pimples around chin, neck and chics.
hairfall is also there.
body temprature is ok not too cold neither too warm.
Major issue thats making me uncomfortable is blockage in stomach and no motion
there is dryness in hand and inner portion has become hard.

Ok lets focus on the one thing that seems most stubborn.
Are you still getting the sensation of things being 'jammed'?
If so please expand in detail the feeling, idea, of 'jammed'. Give me images to help me to understand what you mean.
How do you manage your constipation each day?
