The second dose was too strong, and that is probably because you did not dilute it.
Go back to placing the drop in 1/2 cup of water and taking 1 teaspoon into the mouth.

I am really liking the remedy.I see that if I sleep in day I feel little difficulty sleeping at night.In other words, 8 hours sleep is sufficient for me.
Second big thing is I am controlling my apeite and its not apetite controlling me.I get a feel of fullness in stomach, no cravings, eat when required .
Thirdly :smooth system , without constipation.
I am able to see my rib cage.
At times I have a knot like feeling at 2-3 points, like I mentioned before.
Lower left abdomen.In between the rib cage and slightly left side,inbetween of lower abdomen and rib cage.When I press these points, in case I feel uncomfortable,I feel slight movement in intestine or release of gas.
another point is dryness and hairfall.Rest all good.I am taking care of dryness by applying thick cream and oil and for hairfall ,I have no solution.

If Opium is as deep acting as it can be (and it certainly is looking good) then the hair problem will eventually correct itself too.
What is wrong right now that requires a redose?

Hello Doc.
Today I did not get motion, may be I took dose yesterday and this is an aggravation state.
A question comes into my mind, if a remedy which is simillimum causes aggravation , does that mean person is still having a disease.
OR
Remedy though it is simillimum always causes aggravation, irrespective of the case person is healthy or having a disease.
pls suggest.

There are several types of aggravation.
One is the direct effect of the medicine (the primary action). This happens, if at all, soon after the dose is taken.
Another is the secondary action, which is the vital force/body's response to the medicine. This can take place days or even weeks after the dose. The secondary action can be opposite to the primary one (curative push back of the vital force), or it can appear to be a worsening of the normal symptoms if those symptoms are located in the areas that excrete waste (vomiting, nausea, bowels, bladder, sweat, skin etc). It can also be the body attempting to reverse the damage that the disease has caused over the years (eg. a numb body part starts to come alive and feel pain).
The simillimum can only affect you if the symptoms it can cause, are similar to your own. If you take a remedy that WAS your simillimum but it cured you, when you do not need it, there is a chance you might PROVE the remedy, getting similar symptoms to those you had when it was needed. This will look like an aggravation to you, but will actually be a pure medicinal effect and should be short lived.
In regards to your own case, as it is impossible to generalise about all sick people in the world, you are not cured yet as you still have symptoms. So yes any aggravation you get will be the remedy reacting with your vital energy, to try and promote cure. How well it does that, depends on how similar it is to your state.

Motion was there, though hard and dry.
I see no new pimple coming up on my face , which I am absolutley loving.I still see old pimple spots though.
I have started forgetting the uncomfortable feeling of being gastric , constipated.
Yesterday I had a very disturbed sleep, I saw dreams and I too remember them.
Best part is no cravings.

No such a thing would rarely help find a remedy. In some remedies a particular colour is either an aversion or an obsession but it must be a strong and unhealthy characteristic. A favorite colour is generally just part of your personal preferences and won't help me to understand your disease.

I still feel very very sleepy and do not feel like getting up in the morning.How ever things are different in night, though tired I do not feel like sleeping.

One more major change I have observed is:
Now I do not bug other person too much.
I think even you might have felt this change.I have a habbit of eating head of other person a lot...out of curiosity...this list includes endless number of people.But now I see a change.In other words I can say there has been decrease in restlessness

Well, this is certainly looking better and better. You are aggravating still from the sound of it so it may be a week before we can assess the results of this last dose properly.

Yes I too see positive changes, how ever since yesterday night I feel gastric.There is continous flatulence and heaviness in stomach.

I could make out that this foul flatulenece smells similar to some waste which was there in intestine for some time and had rotten or it could be the case of breaking down of complex waste products .

Hello Doc.
Today I feel that motion pressure is there but its coming and going.I oo feel it less comparatively to other days.
I did get the motion but it was more in the form ofa big knot instead of normal shape.This is the kind of which is due to laxatives., (say if I am constipated and I take laxattive before).
I too felt it to be dry comparatively.
Inspite of tries , still unable to get up early in the morning.

Doc...today I see less hairfall, infact near to normal but with this I too feel gastric and cn see bulge in my stomach due to gastric reasons

Hello Doc.
Finally motion was there.
But I must tell you that till the time I do not get motion, I feel so bloated, gastric with pain in lower left of abdomenn.It gives me a feel that everything internally is blocked, jammed and not moving.
SInce last 2-3 days I am observing that motion is also quite dry and I need to apply pressure for excretion.
pls help me . also shared my aunt's status.Do suggest her as well.

No more doses. You are still aggravating on the last dose. Opium aggravated you a long time previously too.
