Generally if the case is chronic, deep acting high potency remedy like Opium 10M does not show any aggravation within first 7 day. If it is your constitutional remedy than it will aggravate your disease symptoms when it will nearly finish its work. Normally minimum 21 days later.
If you see aggravation after taking a high potency remedy within first 7 day than I must say, something wrong happened. Need to reconsideration.

This is completely incorrect. Aggravation must happen within the first few days. I have never heard of an aggravation starting after 7 days. That is most likely to be nothing to do with the remedy, unless the secondary/tertiary effect starts without the patient mentioning (or noticing) the primary effect of the medicine.
An aggravation can certainly persist past 7 days in sensitive individuals, or in patients with extensive tissue changes, but it will almost always start within the first 3 days. Children typically react within a few hours.
The process of cure itself, once started, can continue to produce various changes for many weeks, but these are not actually part of the aggravation. An aggravation is the initial (primary) response to the medicine, which occurs very quickly. The following reactions (secondary) are made by the vital force responding to the primary effect. These symptoms may actually be the opposite of the original symptoms.

Hello.
I happen to see the responses above.I feel blessed that I have so good doctors to take my care.Wanted to update that today I had a motion, though not complete along with peroids.
Since last few days, though I was eating properly but was not having motion,I do not know where all thw waste was going ,as my stomach did not produce that much trouble as it used to produce.I did not have stomach tightining or bulge too.

Ah someone finally engaging in a debate about philosophy. I greatly appreciate this, as the normal strategy for disagreement on this forum appears to be personal attacks and slander.
Aph 161 refers to the 50 millesimal potencies and not the centesimal. LM potencies react differently to C - they take longer to show their effect, and so the aggravation comes much later. This is undoubtedly because of their much higher dilution level, and as we know dilution reduces aggravation.
I was trained to use LM's by my mentor in college. I used them for several years after graduating. However I found them unsatisfying to use, often requiring patients to remain under treatment for longer, continually going up from potency to potency. With C's, the cure came with aggravation, and the disease was quickly resolved. I have repeated this experience many times over the last 20 years - those patients taking a long time to reach cure on LM can be given a high potency C and will quickly be brought into crisis (aggravation) which leads to a more rapid cure. The aggravation does not need to be much, assuming I have got the dose correct.
However I still have seen aggravation that may occur in the first few days after starting an LM potency. Most people appear to react quickly to the simillimum regardless of the potency scale used. People appear to react more slowly to partial similars though.
You can see that Kent and Hahnemann differed in their views around this, becaue Kent knew nothing of the later editions of the Organon or the LM potency scale. Interestingly my own observations over many years in clinic tend to align with Kent's observations.
In fact Kent said in his Lectures on Homoeopathic Philosophy:
'Where there are no tissue changes, where no ultimates are present, then you may expect the remedy to cure the patient without any serious aggravation, or without any sharp suffering, for there is no necessity of reacting from a serious structural change.'
'If the disease has ultimated itself in change of tissue, then you see striking aggravations, even aggravations that cannot be recovered from, such as we find in the advanced forms of tissue change, e.g., where the kidneys are destroyed or the liver destroyed, or. in phthisis, where the lungs are destroyed.'
'It is the establishment of the remedy as a new disease upon the economy instead of the reaction which corresponds to a process of house cleaning.
Elimination must take place, as we know, probably from the bowels, or stomach, by vomiting,
by expectoration, or by the kidneys, in those cases where everything has been suppressed.
It may look like an aggravation when you have had for years a limb paralyzed from a neuritis.
Suppose, after you administer a remedy that goes right to the spot, that is in the very highest sense homoeopathic, or truly specific, that paralyzed limb commences to tingle and creep like the crawling interiorly of ants, tingling sometimes from which he cannot sleep for days and nights.
This is due to the reaction of the nerves of the part.
They are called into new life, into activity.
I have seen this in paralysis.'

Finally today, motion was there.Complete evacuation but my head is full of dandruff.specially the scalp.If I need to rate , i will say its more than average.I can see more of white white stuff in my head.Ijust hope its a part of aggravation and won't lead to hairfall again

Foul smelling flatulence is there and no motion but surprisingly I am not feeling uncomfortable.But I really want to understand where the waste getting generated is going if not thrown out by my body.
I too read that a homeopathy medicine 'Lema Forte' leads to weight loss.Is that true and can this remedy be used?

10M may create a much longer aggravation. I am not convinced it was time to take this potency. The case should have been reassessed to see if Opium was still indicated or if another remedy is called for. It is not appropriate to just mechanically go up from one potency to the next.
However, now that you have done it, you will have to wait it out to see what happens.

firstly i started getting constipated and secondly the news that you will not come to the forum again, made me panic.I remember the condition I was in, was really difficult.and then by mistake I took sepia200 instead of opium. All hastle bastle happened.
I would also like to tell you that I become very greedy when it is about remedy.I do not know but why my mind says that I should take a drop , which will cure me soon.I do not know why.

I didn't say that. I said your case should have been reassessed before moving up to 10M. Since I have not reassessed I cannot tell for sure if you need Opium or another remedy.

You cannot be constipated in a single day - constipation by definition means you have less than 3 bowel movements a week. From your posts you clearly have at least 3 so you are not constipated.
While some people pass stool every day, many people do not. It is not necessarily something to be fixed.
Other things that may happen in order to be considered constipated are dry, hard stools which may be painful to pass, and difficulty in passing the stool when it does come.
It is possible that you are unnaturally focussed on your bowel movements, and you are expecting to do something that is not natural to it at all. You often say that 'even though constipated I am not uncomfortable'. This is quite likely to be because you are not constipated! You just believe you are.
Unless you have less than 3 bowel movements in a week it is not a serious concern.
While some people pass stool every day, many people do not. It is not necessarily something to be fixed.

Would like to list the symptoms I am facing now a days:
Daytime sleepiness, always feeling tired
Morning headaches, sore throat, dry mouth, cough,cold
Feeling depressed, moody, irritable
Not being able to concentrate or remember anything
Feels like being alone
If in case I develop negative feeling for any body, it becomes very difficult for me to forgive that person , till the time they say sorry to me.I do not forget the things even after that and there is a revenge kind of feeling.
My head is moving and is very heavy as if I have not slept since few days.

doc..i remember after using 1M i was feeling quite active.how ever since the time. i took 10m thesenew symptoms have developed.ido not feel likedoing any work,goin
g out.only thing i want is bed and no body disturrbing me.right now when i am typing,my head is heavy..this is the case even after 9hours sound sleep.these are totally new symptoms.its been around 19 days i took opium ,and its just once i had motion in these 10days.the amount of food intake is same as it used to be before10M...iwas getting regular motion on daily basis before10m...but its not the case now
