suffering from acute cold,running noseand sneezing
i am suffering with this problem from my childhood but it was not so frequent but now my age is 40 and now i am suffering with this problem regularly. It is acute in the morning & at night . it is less when i go to bed.when i use to take lemon juice it use to subside but in recent time it is not working .I also get severing if i wash my foot in winter or rainy season.My nose is also running all the time .i have also taken allergy tab.but does not work.please helppradip roy on 2010-12-22

I believe that you suffer from chronic Catarrh.
You can take the following remedies precisely as prescribed.
Bacillinum 200 dose 6 pellets taken sublingually (under the tongue) in one dose. This should not be repeated for two weeks when you can take another dose.
Ferr Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily till you find relief. This remedy is quite safe to be used on a daily basis.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken nightly.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
Stop all drugs you may be taking today.
Report your response in a week.
