'Such apsorics had been at this time very well proved, Belladonna, Aconite, Bryonia, Arnica, China, Nux Vomica, etc., etc., and these had been found to be perfectly suitable for the acute manifestations of psora and for the acute miasms. '

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Though Arnica didn't come into homeopathy until after Bonninghausen's time, the Barron did make a list of non-psoric medicines. It might be interesting to note that Aconite, Ignatia, and Nux-Vomica are on his list.

Remedies listed as acute intercurrent for an explosion of internal psora by Boenninghausen.
Aco., Aesc., Asar., Bell., Bry., Cham., Chel., Cina., Cocc-i., Coff., Colch, Croc., Dros, Hyo., Ign., Ip., Lil-t., Mosch., Nux-v., Plat., Podo., Puls., Rheum., Rhod., Ruta., Sabad., Spig., Stram., Teurc., Verat., Vio-t.. etc..
