penile secretion

I am 34 years old male and has married 4 months ago. Before marriage I had problem that whenever I talked to a young lady, I have thick secretion from my penis. The secretion was without erection and excitement. However, there was some irritation in penis and pain in back particularly if I was sitting. The same problem continues while talking to my fiancée. Now after marriage, I experienced the same problem and I have secretion during normal talking with my wife and other girl (face to face and also on telephone). The secretion is more in morning and less at the night. The point is that I talk in normal way and there is no sex or romance. Due to this problem, I have weak erection and cannot enjoy sex with my wife. Moreover it is badly disturbing my marriage as well as routine life. I have culture test of my semen/prostate secretion and have ultrasonography of urinary system and prostate. All tesst are perfectly normal. I consulted a homeo doctor who advised me Acid phos, Selenium and Staphysagria. I have used the medicines for two months but no improvement.
Please advise me in this matter.
