This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Aggravation is possible on any medicine, right or wrong. It means the dose is too large or the potency too high or the number of doses too many.

The right remedy, cures the mental state. Cures it and there is nothing further to aggravate. Given in the right way, a remedy will produce such a small aggravation the patient will barely notice it.

In my experience, a patient who is on the right remedy, rarely asks if they are on the right remedy. They know it better than I do.
