Irregular periods - LH values more than normal

Sir,
Help and guidance is urgently needed from you. Thankyou very much in advance.
I and my wife(27 YEARS OLD) are married since 5 years and we have a 3 year baby. Since her delivery her periods are irregular. But the problem is more since a year and will come once in 2-3 months, may be after taking a medicine(Derivy 10mg). Recently we consulted a Gynaecologist and she asked us to get Blood test for TSH-LH-FSH-PRL,E2,T3,T4 and a Abdomen Ultrasound scan. The results are as below..
FSH - 5.05 mIU/ml
LH - 30.44 mIU/ml
PRL - 6.16 ng/ml
E2 - 66.44 pg/ml
T3 - 99 ng/dl
T4 - 8.93 ug/dl
TSH - 3.83 uIU/ml
Haemoglbin - 9.8 gm%
Ultrasound - No abnormality detected sonographically

The doctor told us that there are only half chances to concieve again and fo now she gave her Derivy 10mg and told that menstruation will come within a fortnight and after that she will start medication for pregnancy.

We are very much worried...how far she is fine and what are the medications? Is there any thing in Homeopathy for her relief & cure.
please do help us and reply me back. She really wants another child and dont want menopause stage at this early age...Really awaiting ur reply eagerly...Nagamahesh
