This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use arnica and Hypericum in 200c. for 4 or 5 days(3 to 4 times per day). if you feel you're sensitive to remedies then prepare them in wet dose and use them after due succussions.

Chamomilla is not necessary. Ruta not needed now.

On abrasions you may apply calendula ointment.

For the sprain use Arnica homeopathic ointment as a gel on the skin.

For the puncture wound, and any other cuts or bruises use Calendula homeopathic ointment.

Both are widely available and made by Boiron.

Hi beanpole

Are you applying calendula ointment on abrasions? if not please start on it. Apply it twice a day for next 2 weeks.

If you do not get the ointment, try spray or gel. If you can't get anything please get calendula mother tincture and prepare a 50% solution with water and dab this solution on your abrasions and other cut/open injuries.
