Toe Infection
I suffer long term from peripheral neuropathy and now have a big toe infection which has been going on for 5 months. Very red, swollen and painful. The toe nail has stopped growing and is loose but still attached.Podiatrist says there is an ulcerated area under the nail and I await toe nail surgery. Swab diagnosed anaerobic bacterial infection. Was given antibiotic Metronidazole 400mg for two weeks but that has worsened the neuropathy symptons and hasn't touched the infection. Got second opinion from another doctor who said stop antibiotics immediately, they can cause neuropathy.Which homeopathic remedy could help please? Thank you.colboy on 2011-01-01
