Constipation and bloating

I have done losts of reading about homeopathic remedies for constipation and bloating. I really think the remedies for me are Nux Vomica and Sepia. I also have very low hormone levels for which I am on bioidentical hormones for, and also I awake frequently at night. I would appreciate if someone could help with the potency and dosage that I should use.

By theway I am a 30 year old female. This has been ongoing for more then a couple of years. suppositories used to help, now i resort to enemas.
Thanks for the help. Michelle

I should also mention that for the constipation, I often feel like I need to go, but nothing ever come out. When I do go, I feel like there should be more to come out, but nothing come out.

Colonoscopy came back as normal. Dr told me I have irritable bowel syndrom.

Also exercising helps bloating a LITTLE bit.

michelle_0402 last decade
As for the stool that does come out on it's own, it's hard small and covered with mucus. sometimes it's just mucus that comes out.

Dear Michelle,

Let's start with the following remedies.

1. Nux Vomica 200C, 4 pellets, before you go to sleep, at least 45 minutes after dinner for 3 days.

2. Nat Phos 6x, 5 tablets after each meal, for 1 week.

Please report progress in a couple of days.

Many prayers for your good health and happiness.

Dear Nawaz, In cases like these it is important to find the constitution first. Without precribing her constituional remedy, success is very low and will be temporary.Because you are helping Michelle i don't want to interfere, in case you need any help i am here.

Hi Homeopath_DIH,

Thanks for the advice. You have already interfered, wrong timing on your part. But, please do not scare or confuse patients as they need timely help.

For your kind information, Michelle is way ahead of the game, please see all of her posts. But, I see this is your first post on the forum, therefore, Welcome Aboard! Please always remember, this is a forum, not a clinic, not a class room and not an office. Here the people in pain and suffering come for immediate help. But, the professional homoeopaths like you add to their pain and suffering by asking them hundreds of questions, teaching them homoeopathy and at the end prescribing them the wrong remedy. You may read at this forum a lot of threads using constitutional remedy being changed over and over, then, the patients runs away.

Let me ask you, please tell me honestly, do you know your constitutional remedy for sure? As you know, it is a lengthy process and there is a lot of noise in the communication on the forum.

We would like Michelle to get rid of her constipation and bloating in no time. Then, she has all the time to comfortably search and communicate for a constitutional remedy, but, she has already done her homework and she things Nux and Sepia are her remedies!

Is there any harm taking Nux and Natrum Phos at this time? Again, as you know, finding the correct remedy is a long process, then, first the remedy will work on mental, then, physical issues.

Please do not take me wrong, we would like to help the patient on time. Patients are very smart with the most sophisticated tools. We must not dare to fool them. You are more than welcome on the forum, therefore, your kind timely help will be greatly appreciated. We would like to request you not to create confusion and scare patients to run away as at so many threads this has already happened, I can give you the links, if required?

May God Bless You?

Regards
Nawaz

I do not have a dairy allergy, but I have tested positive for intolerance to all dairy. Will the pill affect me? I normally buy homepathy in the liquid form. What should I do? If I get the liquid how much should I use?

Also I should tell you it's funny that you recommend Nat Phos because during my reseach I also thought that could be an option to help me. From what I had read it really fit my situation. Now you ahve confirmed, I feel good about this one.

michelle_0402 last decade
so can i order the liquids? Or do i have to buy pellets?

Thanks so much in advance!!

Please go ahead with the liquid form!

One dose will be 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water.

A bundle of prayers for your good health.
