Dog injured and is limping while walking- Help

A stray dog which frequents our building was beaten by somebody with a wooden stick on its leg for fun sake (as what the spectators told me), it was in deep pain and is now limping while walking, it can't walk more than a few steps due to the pain, though there is no bleeding or open wound that can be seen but I am sure there is a internal injury that is very painful, the dog is very well behaved and gentle in approach and friendly, Please recommend a remedy which can heal its internal injury rapidly, also recommend a remedy to be given once since it wont be possible to administer remedy to the dog after everywhile since it is a stray one.

Thanks, can an additional dose be given if the pain doesnt subside, and I have a dilution bottle of Arnica 200 is that ok too.

1M means one dose is enough. If it still limps after 10 days it may be repeated after that point. Otherwise no need.

If you give 200c then 3 doses may be given.
