hi minsa,
there is a whole battery of long time sympthoms, all on the right side of the body: back of the right hand gets very dry, pain and cramp on the neck, a vein under the right side of the tongue burst open sometimes during mastication (feels like biting the tongue, but how could the teeth get down there?). right eye more far-sighted, a deep tissue itch in the middle of the back on the right side, i rub it to walls and trees to relieve the itch. a peculaiar pain and cramp on the right upper arm (this only for the last few months) and most recently pain in the leg socket ( the Y ligament) with the reflex pains down the right leg.
also lost 40 lbs 25 years ago, never gained it back. i'm 120 lbs now. gas, often creating presure and an antsy feeling in the abdominal area has been a big problem also.
the nails are thick and brittle and distorted, ribbed with parallel lines and dark or white or yellow spots. spotsand the flesh in the base of some nail are inflamed (seem to get worse with digestion of vinegar)they used to smell long time ago but not now.
otherwise i'm i perfect health, not seen a doctor for 30 years, no alopathic drugs.

Specially Rt sided remedies are Lycopodium, Pulsatilla .

Corrugated nails show up as Silica and thuja.

Inflammaation of the nail bed -- Hep Sul, Nat Sul and Nat Mur ,

But the best bets seem to be Graphites , Silica and Psorinum.

Graphites is chilly , chubby and constipated with chilblains.

Silica is stubborn , smelly feet and thick catarrh

Psorinum is chilly with a sweet tooth and shies away from any confrontation.

Any way check them out.

hi darliance,
have you tried vinegar soaks? I do alot of travel and have come across this problem when my stays are extensive. on your other problems I suggest a doctor. Iam a doctor and practice in other countries when I travel too. would you like a diag. from just reading your symptoms?
