medicins search for tonslits

Hi Drs.
i m Azeem from Pakistan,
i have much pain in my throat and almost all allopathic surgens has suggested for operation of tonslitis, but i m afriad from it,
the syptoms began increasing when ever weather changes or i feel costive/constipations
so pls suggest some better homoewopathic medicin so mal can be healed
