Urinary Analysis

The father of some friends passed away about six weeks ago. One is experiencing heart palpitations, anxiety and panic attacks and the other has suffered from insomnia. He frequently wakes up with heart palpitations and unable to go back to sleep for periods longer that 2.5 hours. From what I have read, Ignatia Amara, Kali Phos and Aconitum Napellus are all good for anxiety and insomnia brought on by grief. Can you tell me if taking any of these remedies will cause negative results in a urine test (i.e. similar to illegal drugs).
