I have completed 4 days of Alumen 30c( 2 times a day). Pus is very less. May be 4 drops in whole day. Color was light brown in morning and light green in evening. What should i take next?

I have started taking Alumen 30c for another 3 days. I think I have a small haemmoiroid on the left side. It has slight pain in it. I have my MRI results that show a 3 cm fistula. MRI was done a 7 days ago..

Hi Jain,
Please dissolve 4 pellets in 1/4th glass of mineral water to make one dose. Take 1 dose per day, for 3 days.
No other remedy must be taken for the next 3 days.

I have taken two dosee of Thuja 200C. Third dose I will take today. This morning I had hard poop. It caused a cut and blood came out. This is causing pain. Only the first part was hard rest was soft. Most of the time the first part is always hard. My sphincter muscle is very tight. So I have to strain to pass the first part. Rest passes easily. Pus from fistula is watery. I was in a good mood all week. Now i am worried and scared. I dont eat gluten to ensure soft stool. Please let me know any food precautions I need to take. I have to travel to Montreal this evening for next three days. Please advice on next steps.

Are you sure, the pus is watery now? No yellow color in that?

Piles has reduced. It is on the top of the area that got cut. I have started taking Natrium Phos 6x, 4 tablets after meal. I will take 12 in a day, 4 after each meal. Calc Phos200. I was not able to find yet.
I noticed the pus has some yellow/ green color in it. I felt very low today. I am taking all precautions with food as you suggested.

So, it is not watery as you indicated before. Still, we are fighting the disease.
When, it will turn white/watery, then, direction of cure. Please watch carefully the change in pus color and inform immediately.
Please take it easy and stay away from the problem areas.

Update, I have completed 4 days of Natrium Phos and also I am eating right stuff. It has helped in softening the stool. Pus is watery with slight yellow colour. I am back in Toronto and will buy Calc Phos 200C today. Should I take 4 pellets with water?
