I took Aselc.Hepo yesterday and Calc Sulph 200c with few doses of Hypericum 200 for pain.
- Also,food side - Had few times chicken and some Shrimp. Apart from this last weekend one day I had a Beef Burger.
- Stress side - Had some stress in the personal side as I told you and I think I need to learn how to deal with it instead of worrying too much.
- Even this morning BM, little tight and feeling pain inside the rectum again. Its moderate pain.
Please let me know if you need anymore information. Also, what should I take ?

So, if something gets in your head and does not go away, is this the story here or something else? Please give your state of mind for the selection of a correct remedy. What do you take for stress, if any?

Hi Raj,
It seems that Shrimp, Beef Burger, constipation and stress has caused the internal pilesto aggravate.
Please take Arsenicum Album 200c as well, every 3rd day, in the morning before heading for work.

I don't take anything
I'm unhappy with my weight. That is why I went back to the gym even tho u suggested no over exerting. Love life - not working with the man I really care for because we have to keep it professional at work. I have stress from my mother who lives in another country yet has this power over me where she makes me feel guilty about everything. And money issues because my job wasnt doing well but hopefully will get better soon with the economy. So a lot of worry. Which results in lack of sleep sometimes. Which I use to control with melatonin. Now it has been a little better. I've been workin w someone on my energy and trying to meditate.

Dear Nawaz, hope you are doing well. My update is that for past day or so, I am having boils inside my mouth and blood is coming from gums while doing toothbrush. Fistula mount leaks blood sometime and sometime there is pain there. Most of the time things feel normal though. Please advise. Thanks for all your help !

- Food, taking only Vegetarian for the past few days. No meat at all.

Dear Nawaz, sorry for late reply. My mouth seemed to have cut inside and not exactly boils, like the ones which one gets after eating some acidic food like pineapple. I don't recall eating anything acidic though. These cuts have almost subsided now. On mental front, I am usual nervous, stressed and under tension self. There seems to be constant feeling of physical weight on my chest. I did not take BV Q and Calendula 200 dose yesterday but have restarted today. Blood streak is lesser today. There is no drainage but wipe after BM does show a bit of blood streak on TP. Please advise. Thanks for all your help !

- When I touch the external growth thats hanging out, the pain is A LOT. That pain remains almostt through out the day after BM.
- Draining from fistula is reduced to 1-2 drops for the past 2 days.
- I dont have Belladona with me. Do you want me to get it ? if yes, please let me know what else I need so that I can order together in one shipping.
- Nawaz, do you think this piles is disturbing the Fistula healing a lot? Do I need to get surgery done for the piles ? I remember few of my friend had done some laser surgery for piles in India and got it fixed. Would it work here also?
Please let me know what medicine I need to take.
I am travelling tonight so please let me know.

Nawaz, are you asking about anger in general or anger these days ? I am not much angry these days. When I get angry I mostly keep to myself but if I loose composure for few seconds I immediately feel remorse afterwards for having lost it for those very few seconds. Thanks !

Thanks God, your fissure is not causing any pain right now? In my considered opinion, some of your symptoms relating to internal and external piles were not brought forward on time or you did not know about the pain that was due to piles. We were always thinking that your pain, pus and bleeding is always from fistula.
