please help 19 yr old impotent

Hi there, I'm writing because I was on a herb called saw palmetto to help urinary flow and eventhough I only took it for five days, it messed with my hormones enough to cause me impotence, and all sorts of other problems. I have been on a remedy for the past month and a half now and in the beginning it seemed to helping for a couple weeks, then after that my problems got worse. Then it seemed to be better again for only a week, and then once again plummeted. It seems to be doing this at a fast rate now.

It seems that there's a steady decline in the amount of good days before it goes bad again, is this a coincidence? Now just two night ago I couldnt get rid of my erection as I layed in my bed, and now two days later I cant even get one. And while I was playing drums tonight I was overcome with some kind of shivers, and my arms started shaking uncontrollably and I felt uncomfortable and sick.

I still don't feel good and I can't understand why my erections can go from awesome to the worst in a span of two days. It doesn't make sense to me. could it be that the remedy has done all it can do? I would appreciate some insight on this topic.
