Surpressed dieases

I tested positive to vernial warts and herpes when I was 17. I have only had 1 brakeout of both and that was when I was tested at 17yrs. I am now 35. I have had some ovarian cysts and I am constantly getting sick with every single virus the kids bring home. I have just found it unusal that I have not ever had a breakout since then. Have been retest with the same results!

My question is could this suppression be the reason for my problems? I also have been on 100's of antibiotics and pain killers for infections and headaches which I know have completely messed me up! How do I get my body back in somewhat of a balance? I really need guideness.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Antibiotics are the worst the pharmaceuticals have put out since Thalidomide.

YES your problems are down to suppression!.

Your immune system is at a low ebb-- but you know that .

First thing the antibiotic does is to wreak havoc on the delicate balance of the GIT [ gastro intestinal system] .

That has to be where you start. Use lactobaccillus and live yoghurt.

Avoid all red meat, spices and take a fair bit of fruit and Veg.

Get a copy of the paperback book "The Health Doctor" by Arthur Vogel .

If you want homeopathic treatment you need to post your details as asked for by others in this forum-- hot/cold tidy/untidy etc etc .
