Help me!!!

I'm a girl of 22.
Recently I'm attacked with (Vitiligo) / skin whiting / sheti (local language).

Can homeopathy cure this problem properly??? There is no Allopathic ointment or medicine which can cure this problem..

So plz let me know about this in homeo.
